Included in stand rental
As an exhibitor, you can choose whether to use your own stand or rent the standard stand construction for an additional fee. Using your own stand gives you the maximum amount of freedom, but you will need to supply the walls and lighting. Carpeting is however included. The maximum building height is four metres.
Standard stand construction includes:
- white stand construction walls (2.5 meters high, mounted in aluminum profile)
- company name on a sign that is attached to the stand unit
- lighting rail with 6 spots. The spots can be turned to illuminate objects
- a 2 kW electrical connection
There is no ceiling in the stand. Due to fire regulations, this is also not permitted.
Cancellation policy
For all cancellations, the cancellation conditions from the Dibevo Trade Fair Regulations apply.

The majority of the visitors to the Dibevo Trade Fair work in the retail trade (70%). The remaining portion of the visitors are a mix of owners of boarding kennels, grooming salons, and suppliers, but also dog walking services, obedience schools, DIY stores with a pet and garden section, breeders, temporary employment agencies and the media.
NB: Children under 14 and dogs are not permitted at the Dibevo Trade Fair. Assistance dogs and guide dogs for the blind are naturally welcome.

A good idea is only worth something if you act on it. That is why this year’s Dibevo-Vakbeurs has chosen the theme ‘Make it happen’. On the exhibition floor, you don’t talk about opportunities. You seize them. You close the deal, launch that new product and finally meet the customer you have been meaning to call for months. Pets have known this all along: when you spot something tasty, you go for it.

At the Dibevo-Vakbeurs, those people are right in front of you for two whole days. Pet specialists from across the Benelux come here to look, talk and buy. This goes for exhibitors and visitors alike, so nobody wanders off in search of a sandwich. And the longer they stay, the greater the chance they place an order at your stand.
